We undertake thorough inspections for investors, owner occupiers and tenants on all types of property. Reports are tailored to client’s requirements, understandable and focussed.

Defects Diagnosis

We undertake thorough investigations of building defects, in all types of construction; new or old. Reports are fully explanatory and include recommendations.

Schedules of Condition

We prepare schedules of condition and photographic schedules, usually in connection with leases or in preparation for construction work.

Residential Surveys

We undertake thorough inspections for home buyers on all types of property. Reports are fully explanatory, to include recommendations and are always understandable.

Party Walls and Neighbourly Matters

The Party Wall Act 1996. We act for Building Owners or Adjoining Owners. We deal with all commercial and residential property types.

Licence for Alteration

For tenants we compile and submit applications. For landlords we review applications, report and make recommendations on terms and conditions.

Expert Witness

We undertake expert witness work, in disputes relating to new and old construction; defects, quality or cost; usually arising from lease, contract or statutory provisions.
